Per accedere alle postazioni pubbliche Iperbole/Internet è
necessario essere maggiorenni, iscriversi
al servizio, prenotare e presentare ad ogni appuntamento
un proprio documento d'identità (carta d'identità, patente,
permesso di soggiorno o passaporto).
Senza la presentazione del documento non è possibile
accedere alla postazione.
Se durante il servizio si rende disponibile un computer, è possibile usufruirne anche senza prenotazione. In tal caso, però, la persona che ha prenotato ha comunque la priorità d'accesso rispetto all'utente estemporaneo. Al fine di rendere possibile l'accesso a più utenti, l'utente estemporaneo non potrà subentrare per l'intera ora che si è resa disponibile. La durata della sessione verrà regolata dal personale in servizio presso lo Sportello in base all'affluenza del pubblico.
Qualora non sia possibile rispettare l'appuntamento fissato è necessario avvisare con adeguato anticipo lo Sportello Iperbole/Internet ai numeri: 051 203184/86.
Un ritardo superiore a 20 minuti rispetto all'orario prenotato cancella
automaticamente la prenotazione. Dopo due assenze ingiustificate l'utente
non potrà accedere al servizio per un mese.
DALLE POSTAZIONI PUBBLICHE NON È POSSIBILE:

Scaricare files ed attivare sessioni FTP

Stampare
-
Postare messaggi sui gruppi di discussione (newsgroups)

Ricevere messaggi di posta elettronica, qualora per farlo sia necessario configurare sul proprio account il client di posta

Fare collegamenti TELNET

Visitare siti che per contenuti ed immagini siano in contrasto con le finalità pubbliche del servizio (siti pornografici, erotici, ecc)
- Accedere a siti o a richieste di prestazioni e servizi a pagamento

Installare programmi o applicazioni (es. per suonerie telefonini, ecc.)
- Alterare, rimuovere o danneggiare le configurazioni software e hardware dei computer del servizio
DALLE POSTAZIONI È INVECE POSSIBILE:
Utilizzare propri dischetti, cd-rom, chiavette USB
- Navigare nelle pagine web di Internet
- Accedere alla propria casella di posta elettronica se questa è consultabile direttamente dal web (es. web mail iperbole, caselle di Hotmail, Yahoo, ecc.)
- Spedire messaggi di posta elettronica direttamente tramite il browser, senza modificarne le configurazioni
L'UTENTE S'IMPEGNA INOLTRE A:
- rispettare la Netiquette e in particolare
le seguenti regole di utilizzo:
non recare disturbo o danno agli altri utilizzatori della Rete tramite l'invio di messaggi di posta elettronica commerciali, propagandistici, pubblicitari, relativi ad argomenti/pratiche discutibili (es. catena S. Antonio), o comunque messaggi informativi non espressamente richiesti - non compiere azioni di “mail indiscriminato - spamming”
- non usare nessun altro tipo di procedura, né altro software che non sia Internet Explorer
- osservare le leggi vigenti in materia di diritto d'autore e tutela della privacy nonché le specifiche norme penali relative al settore informatico, oltre ad ogni altra disposizione di legge
- assumersi la totale responsabilità per il contenuto dei messaggi trasmessi
- riconoscere che il Servizio non è responsabile in alcun modo per il contenuto, la qualità, la validità di qualsiasi informazione reperita in rete
- sollevare l'Amministrazione da qualsiasi responsabilità per qualsiasi evento subito in proprio o arrecato a terzi durante o a seguito dell'utilizzazione del collegamento Internet a mezzo della postazione messa a disposizione dal servizio
- assumere in generale ogni responsabilità derivante dall'uso
del servizio Internet
LA VIOLAZIONE DEL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO COMPORTA L'IMMEDIATA ESCLUSIONE DAL SERVIZIO
Set of rules regarding the access to the iperbole/internet access point
To use Internet is necessary to be 18 old, to enroll oneself
and book in advance. Each time you come here you need to produce identification
(eg. passport, driving licence, identity card) otherwise
it is not possible to use the net.
If you cannot come to the appointment please call in advance the Iperbole/Internet
Staff (ph. 051/203184-86).
If, during the service, a previously booked pc is available it is possible
to use it even without reservation.
Anyway the person that has booked has the priority to access the Internet
service as regards to the extemporary user, who cannot use the pc all through
the free hour. This in order to give the possibility to many people to use
Internet without booking. The time of the session will be regulated by the
Front Office operators according to the number of people who need Internet
during the free hour.
A 20 minutes delay automatically cancels the booked
session. After two unannounced absences, you cannot
book for one month.
YOU CANNOT:
- Download files and open FTP sessions
- Print pages
- Access the newsgroups
- Receive e-mail messages (if you have to change the e-mail client program configuration)
- Use TELNET procedures
- See Internet pages whose contents could be offensive or not in accord with the public function of the Iperbole/Internet service (eg. pornographic and erotic web sites, etc)
- Access websites, requests or services that you have to pay for
- Download programs or applications (eg. programs for ringing tones, etc)
- Change, spoil or move software and hardware settings of Iperbole PCs
YOU CAN:
- Use floppy disks, cd-rom and USB key
- See Internet pages
- Check your own e-mail box, only if it is possible to do it directly from the web (eg. Hotmail boxes, Yahoo boxes, etc.)
- Send e-mail messages directly from the browser
THE USER AGREES TO:
- Respect Netiquette and particularly the following
rules:
Not to disturb or damage other Internet users by sending commercial emails, advertising, emails about non correct practices/themes (ie. chain letters), or not requested information; - Not to do spamming
- Use only Internet Explorer as a software
- Adhere to the laws of copyright and privacy, as well as any other penal regulations about telematic crimes, and any other Italian rules
- Be totally responsible regarding the content of sent emails
- Recognize that the Service is not responsible regarding the content, quality and validity of any information found in the Web sites
- Free Administration from any responsibility of any improper event involving the user or any other person during or following the use of Internet using the PCs of Iperbole Service
- Be responsible regarding any use of the Iperbole Internet Service
THE VIOLATION OF THESE RULES INVOLVES IMMEDIATELY EXCLUSION FROM THE SERVICE
